On time and great service. They were sent thru the Consumers electric appliance contract. I was very happy with quick response and repair.

I had a leaky dishwasher which I tried to repair myself, only to get stuck part way into the job. I called Action Appliance, and the service man was on the job a couple hours later. Rod was very courteous and professional, and found the problem almost immediately. He had to order a part, which came the next day, so he came back and finished the job very quickly. The price for the service and part was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for any appliance repairs.

Our refrigerator went on the fritz this morning, I called another service repair place and they could not get here until Thursday, then I called Action Appliance - they said that someone could be here before noon. Joel was here before 10:30 am, He was courteous and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. Reasonable rates, I would recommend them and I would use them again if the needed.

I use Action to service and repair all of the appliances from my real estate business. Since we rent our houses out fully furnished to college students, we have dozens of washers, dryers, refrigerators and stoves which are well used, thus require repairs. Action evaluates our appliances usually the same day, and usually has them repaired in tip top shape within 24 hours, keeping the downtime of the appliances to a minimum.

This is the only appliance repair that we use, and they also have a great selection of used appliances for purchase as well.

I couldn't ask for better service from a company. The technician was well dressed and was very informative. Gave me a few different options and definitely was not a pushy sales person.

Amazing service. Called for fridge repair and they were here on a Friday afternoon within two hours of calling and repaired in less than an hour. Service guy was clean, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. To top it off, Sears home service was scheduling me seven days out and started at double the price!

In short, I highly recommend these guys.
